- 2024 November - We met suppliers and partners at the 2024 Medica expo in Düsseldorf, and visited Pakistan on the way back
- 2024 October - We exhibited at MIH Healthcare Conference in Kuala Lumpur and signed MOUs with UKM Medicare Sdn Bhd a subsidiary of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia during the event.
- 2024 September - We visited expos in Thailand, met our local agent there, met our future distributor at the expo in Seoul, Korea, and had meetings with PT Hygeia Medical Indonesia, during the Jakarta Hospital Expo.
- 2024 August - We visited AsiaHealth Singapore and met several new suppliers
- 2024 June - We exhibited at APHM in Kuala Lumpur and had the honour to welcome H.E. the honourable Minister of Health of Malaysia to our booth to introduce our Orthopedic Saw/Drill system.

- Hygeia Medical appoints Hygeia Instruments in Malaysia as sole distributor in the ASEAN region (01/2019)
- Irish company Clearview Global Ltd has been bought and is being renamed into Hygeia Medical Ltd. to serve as platform for our medical instruments venture (10/2017).
