Initially the founders of Hygeia wanted to manufacture surgical instruments in Malaysia, but during Covid the outlook changed and we realized, ASEAN needs home-grown champions. So we are building one. Here are the current component companies by country, in order of formation:

We are also talking to potential partners in the Philippines and are looking for suitable candidates from all ASEAN countries as well as the Middle East and Africa. Please contact us if you are interested. On a more virtual scale, Hygeia is working with an American developer on imedbay, an online market place for medical devices with a difference, and there are other projects involving healthcare finance, regional facility deployments, and an online medical technology training center in the making.
